A Loutronics product
Your whole league.
One website.
LoxLeague is a complete platform for youth sports leagues — public website, player registration, coach portal, live draft room, field scheduling, game streaming, and messaging — on your domain, in your colors. Even the front desk is covered: families just text the league and Lox Manager answers →
Rainout at 6:42 AM. Every family answered by 7:05. Nobody at the league office touched it.
Answered from the schedule, the field status, and the forecast — nobody at the league office touched it.
Everything included. Nothing bolted on.
Every league gets the whole platform — nothing to add on, nothing to discover you're missing in March.
Complete public website
News, events, standings, schedules, field status, and editable pages — all managed by your volunteers.
Registration & waitlists
Set a capacity and the waitlist takes over by itself. Waitlisted families are never charged for a spot they don't have.
Live draft room
Snake or round-slot drafts with a shared live board, pick clock, auto-draft, undo — and a designed PDF summary at the end.
Tryout evaluations
Several evaluators scoring at once, weighted composites, and one click to push results into the draft pool.
Field & cage scheduler
Zone-aware booking that knows the infield and outfield are separate. Games, practices, reservations and league events all hold the same slot, so nobody books over picture day.
Game streaming & live scores
Broadcast games live — the game page shows the video beside a live scoreboard kept from a phone in the bleachers.
Weather where it matters
The forecast on every game, practice, and field booking — with a warning when rain, heat, or wind is worth a decision.
Messaging built in
Email and text for rainouts, roster moves, and announcements. Real opt-in on a verified number, and a one-word STOP that's honoured in your league's own records — not just at the carrier.
Lox Manager, the AI front desk
Families and staff can simply text a question — "when's our next game?", "is Field 3 open?" — and get a real answer.
League info, written down at last
Shed codes, gate keys, wifi passwords, who to call about the lights — stored once, shown only to the roles you choose, and handed out by Lox Manager on the web or by text.
Photos, polls & boards
Members-only team galleries (never public), league polls, discussion boards, and a lost & found parents can post to by text.
A drill library leagues share
Coaches write drills down properly and rate each other's. Leagues that opt in also draw on a shelf shared between LoxLeague leagues — credit stamped on every drill.
Umpires & trainers
Optional programs: umpire registration, game signup, and a payout ledger; league-approved trainers with booking.
Film room & player video
Upload clips, tag players, add coaching notes — shared with the team or kept coach-only. Step it a frame at a time or watch at quarter speed; film follows the player season to season.
Practice & game planners
Plans drafted with AI support from your ratings and your league's real drills. Every cell is editable, fair-play checks warn instead of refusing, and the lineup prints as a drawn diamond per inning.
Direct messages, site or text
An optional parent–coach channel: one conversation per person, on the web or by SMS, with blocking, reporting, and league oversight built in.
Rulebooks with answers
Playing rules published with versions and change notes. Coaches ask questions right on the page, and the league's answer stays up for everyone.
Tournaments & brackets
Single or double elimination with as many tiers as you like, so nobody's season ends in one afternoon. Teams advance the moment a score posts — and it prints, because brackets get taped to a fence.
Attendance & volunteers
Families answer per child for every game and practice. The coach gets a headcount and the list of who hasn't replied — and asks the team for a scorekeeper in one press.
One calendar per family
Two kids on different teams used to mean four pages. Now it's one list — games, practices, team and league events — each row saying why it's there.
The whole family record
Two guardians on one account, an emergency contact who isn't, and a waiver stamped with the version of the wording — rewrite it and old signatures mark themselves out of date.
Your brand, your domain
Your league's name, colors, content, and domain. The small "Powered by LoxLeague" credit can even be removed.
One platform for everyone in your league
Website, registration, rosters, drafts, scheduling, streaming, and messaging — one system that replaces the patchwork, built around what each person in your league actually needs.
For families
- One account per family — add each child once, and their birthdate places them in the right division automatically
- One-click season registration with automatic waitlists — nobody pays for a spot they don't have yet
- A dashboard that leads with the next game, and one calendar holding every child's games, practices, and league events
- Team pages with schedule, roster, coach notes, team chat, and a members-only photo gallery
- Say who's coming per child, and put your hand up for a job — on the site or by replying to the text
- Invite a second parent onto the same account, and name an emergency contact who isn't one
- Text alerts for rainouts and roster moves, with proper opt-in
- Grandparents and family friends can follow one player — and see only that child's games and photos
- Watch live game broadcasts and replays
For coaches
- A team hub that opens on what's next and what needs you
- Roster import from any CSV or spreadsheet — AI reads the columns
- Practice plans with AI support, targeted at the players you've flagged — then editable, with a running total against the slot you booked
- Game plans with lineups and rotations that hold fair-play rules, and a diamond drawn for every inning that prints
- A headcount for Saturday, the list of families who haven't answered, and a scorekeeper asked for in one press
- Live scorekeeping from a phone, with standings updating the moment a score posts
- Message every parent at once — text and email, so nobody misses it
- Film room, player notes, and open scrimmage matchmaking
For your board

- Divisions with capacity, fees, and a real open / waitlist / closed switch
- Tryout evaluations that flow straight into a live draft room, and a post-season bracket that runs itself
- Field & cage scheduling with conflict detection — it refuses to double-book, and league events hold their field too
- Playing rules published with versions, and every coach's question answered on the record
- Invite coaches by email, hand a team on mid-season, edit or suspend an account with an audit line behind it
- Umpire scheduling and payout tracking, trainer programs, staff compliance
- Polls to any audience — coaches, parents, umpires, or everyone
- Every registration, payment status, and waitlist in one filterable list with bulk actions
Not just baseball
LoxLeague was built for baseball first — but everything a league actually runs on doesn't care what the ball looks like.
Diamond sports, first-class
Baseball and softball get every feature tuned for the diamond — live pitch-by-pitch scorekeeping, zone-aware infield/outfield booking, the draft room, and AI-assisted practice plans built on baseball drills.
A sport-agnostic core
Registration and waitlists, rosters, seasons and divisions, game and field scheduling, standings, team pages, messaging, polls, photos, and the AI assistant — none of it is baseball-specific. It runs a season, whatever the sport.
Your sport's language
Terminology lives per league, not in the code — your divisions, your age groups, your field names. A soccer club says "pitches" and "matches" and the whole site follows.
Playing something other than baseball? Tell us your sport — we'll walk you through exactly what's ready for you today, feature by feature.
📱 Coming soon: the LoxLeague app — lock-screen rainout alerts, scorekeeping that works offline, and one-tap live games.

The whole league in one system
The incumbents modularise — registration here, a website there, scheduling as an upsell. LoxLeague ships everything to every league: registration, drafts, scheduling, streaming, messaging, and the AI assistant, all working from the same roster and the same calendar.
An AI front desk with real hands
Lox Manager isn't a chatbot that points at a help page. A parent can text "is Field 3 open Saturday?" and get the actual answer. A coach can text "message my team's parents that practice moved to 6" and it happens. Ninety-six tools across all eight roles, half of which change something — every one calling the same guarded operation the button calls, so it can never do what the person asking couldn't have clicked.
Registration that closes itself
Ask any registrar how they handle a division filling up on a Saturday — the answer is usually "we notice on Monday." LoxLeague closes the division at capacity, moves the overflow to the waitlist automatically, and never charges a family until their child actually has a spot.
Draft night, solved
Paste your evaluation sheet in whatever shape it's already in — AI structures the player pool. Then run the draft on a shared live board with a pick clock, auto-draft, undo, and hat-picks for ties, and hand every coach a designed PDF when it's done.
It works at the ballpark
Every page is built mobile-first and audited at phone width, with touch targets sized to the standard and no pinching to read a lineup. Fast on two bars of signal in a parking lot, and every page renders — every form still posts — with JavaScript switched off. Most parents just use the texts anyway.
Built for how a league actually runs
Rec, all-star, and select seasons. All-star rosters built by selection, not registration. Umpire crews sized per division. Fair-play rules enforced in the lineup, not argued in the stands. This isn't a generic sports template — it's the shape of a real league season.
See it running — schedule a live demo
In 20 minutes on a call, we'll walk you and your board through a full league — registration filling a division, the live draft room, the field scheduler, and the AI assistant answering a parent's text. Bring your questions; you'll see the actual answers, not slides.
Proof over promises: LoxLeague runs the Sandy Plains Baseball Association — a real league running a real season. Ask on the call and we'll show you.
Pricing
Simple pricing, sized to your league.
- Every feature included — registration, drafts, scheduling, streaming, messaging
